THE QUALIFICATION RULE

One path is all it takes.

Historical participation counts.
Today’s balance is not the test.

PATH 01

Manual vote

A confirmed vote initiated by this wallet. Delegated or automated votes alone don’t establish a manual vote.

ONE VERIFIED VOTE
PATH 02

Hold PHAR

A positive PHAR balance held continuously for a complete, finished protocol epoch.

ONE WHOLE EPOCH
PATH 03

Hold xPHAR

A positive xPHAR balance held continuously for a complete, finished protocol epoch.

ONE WHOLE EPOCH
PATH 04

Hold p33

A positive p33 balance held continuously for a complete, finished protocol epoch.

ONE WHOLE EPOCH

A full epoch, not two snapshots. Holdings are checked across historical transfers. A balance that falls to zero mid-epoch breaks that holding period. An incomplete record returns inconclusive, never a false rejection.

EVIDENCE, NOT ASSUMPTIONS

Built to show its work.

Every result includes the available evidence and the limits of the check. Follow the on-chain record or download a report to keep with your review.

What does “inconclusive” mean?

No qualifying evidence was found in the data checked, but the available history or contract coverage is not complete enough to rule out eligibility. It does not mean the wallet is ineligible.

What counts as a complete epoch?

A finished protocol epoch from one weekly boundary to the next, measured in UTC. A token balance must stay above zero throughout that interval. An ongoing epoch does not qualify yet.

Can a contract prove a vote was manual?

A direct, successful transaction from the wallet to the protocol’s voting function is on-chain evidence of wallet-initiated voting. It cannot prove a human clicked the button rather than running a script. Other execution paths may need manual review.
